The family of the Reverend Dr. Cameron Madison Alexander is grateful to the Antioch Baptist Church North Congregational Family, Antioch Staff, the Sons of Antioch, Rev. Jerry Black, the General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia, Inc., the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc., all program participants, and to each of you who have passionately displayed your love and support. Your exceptional acts of kindness have fully demonstrated the authenticity of true friends. We have an immense appreciation for all members of the clergy, the Staff of Murray Brothers Funeral Home, the numerous family members and friends who came to pay tribute to our beloved and to offer your support. Our heartfelt gratitude is extended to our dedicated support team: Dr. Adrian Douglas, Dr. Paul Douglas, Dr. Jermaine Jackson, Priscilla Foster, Florette Njunu, Erica Mansfield, Polly Kelly, Diane Philiber, RN and the Longleaf Hospice Team. Your presence has been a source of strength and consolation. Softened by your love, our pain is eased with the knowledge that “to be absent from the body” is “to be present with the Lord.” We thank you all for joining us today as we celebrate the courageous, wise, committed servant leadership of our dear “Honey”, Daddy and Papa. As we prepare to face a future without him, we ask for your continued prayers as we keep you all in our prayers as well. We praise God for you, asking that He will grant each of you peace that passeth all understanding.
